Prior to that, he pursued an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering in Energy Conversion from Azarbaijan Shahid Madani University, Iran, and a B.A. in Mechanical Engineering specializing in Heat and Fluids from Urmia University, Iran. His experience also includes serving as a Statistician of water resources at the Regional Water Company of East Azarbaijan, contributing to the efficient management of water resources in the region.
