Dr. Rajesh holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Anna University, obtained in April 2021. He earned his M.E. from Sathyabama University, Chennai, in April 2005 with a notable percentage of 70.95. His foundational degree, a B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, was awarded by Kuvempu University, Karnataka, in August 1998, where he achieved a percentage of 62.75.

Dr. Rajesh’s professional journey commenced at the C. S. I. Institute of Technology, Thovalai, where he began as a Lecturer in 1999. He rose through the ranks, becoming a Senior Lecturer in 2005, Assistant Professor in 2008, and an Associate Professor in 2022. Over his 24 years of experience, Dr. Rajesh has held various significant responsibilities including ISO Co-ordinator, Entrepreneur Development Cell Co-ordinator, and Department Placement In-charge.

His Ph.D. thesis on “Harmonics Mitigation Techniques for Enhancing Power Quality using Decoupled Double Synchronous Reference Frame Theory” underscores his expertise in these areas.
