Research Experience 👨‍🔬🔬

In Ph.D. training, he focused on the size-controlled growth of WSe2 and MoS2 nanocrystals on sapphire substrates using the CVD method. This research led to advancements in LED devices.. In  postdoc period, under the supervision of Prof. Liming Dai, he concentrated on designing a 3D novel graphene-CNT hybrid structure for energy storage devices such as Li-O2 & Li-S batteries. His research experience spans from gas sensors to lithium-ion batteries, all centered around material design using versatile techniques like CVD.

Research Interest 🧪🔍

Thermodynamic control of the growth of 2D materials (orientation, size, and shape) by CVD., Fabrication of 3D graphene & CNT structures and their applications in energy storage and conversion.
