Dr. Modupe Stella Ayilara is a distinguished researcher and academic in the field of microbiology and biological sciences, currently serving as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow and Extraordinary Senior Lecturer in the Food Security and Safety Research Area at North-West University, South Africa, and as a Course Tutor at the University of the People, United States.
