Mingyue Ji earned his B.E. degree in Communication Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 2006. He pursued further studies at the Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden and the University of California, Santa Cruz, obtaining M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering in 2008 and 2010.
