She earned her Doctorate of Philosophy in Industrial Technology with a specialization in Environmental Technology from Universiti Sains Malaysia, where she studied from September 2009 to June 2016. Prior to that, she completed her Master of Science in Environmental Science at Pune University (SPPU) from July 2006 to June 2008.
