Dr. Alaa Adam’s academic journey reflects his relentless pursuit of excellence in physics. π He obtained his Ph.D. from the Department of Physics at the University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy in Sofia, Bulgaria, supported by a grant from the European Commission. His doctoral thesis, “Thermoelectrical Bi2Se3-Bi2Te3 Thin Films,” showcased his expertise in thermoelectric materials. Graduating in 2016, he then pursued his master’s degree in Natural Science (Physics) at Sohag University in Egypt. His thesis, “Studies on Some Physical Properties of Bismuth Selenide Compound Doped with Antimony Element,” underscored his commitment to advancing knowledge in his field. π

Dr. Alaa Adam’s academic career has been marked by a diverse range of teaching experiences across different continents. π From 2016 to 2018, he served as an Assistant Professor and Senior Lecturer at the National University of Science and Technology in Moscow, Russia, enriching the academic landscape with his expertise. Transitioning back to his homeland, Egypt, he assumed the role of Lecturer of Physics at Sohag University’s Physics Department from 2018 to 2020, contributing significantly to the education of future scientists. Currently, Dr. Adam holds the prestigious position of Associate Professor at the Faculty of Engineering, King Salman International University, South Sinai, Egypt, since 2020. π«
