Education: Abdulbaki Bilgiç completed his Bachelor’s degree at Ankara University, Turkey, in July 1993. He pursued his Master’s and Ph.D. degrees at Oklahoma State University, USA, graduating in December 1997 and December 2001, respectively. He also obtained a secondary Master’s degree in Statistics from Oklahoma State University.
