Dr. Ma earned his Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from Wuhan University of Technology in 2015, with his research focusing on phosphorus loss from agricultural sources. He also completed his M.S. in Environmental Engineering at Wuhan University of Technology in 2011, where he analyzed pollution loading in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area, and his B.E. in Environmental Engineering from Hubei Normal University in 2009.
