  • Teaching: He has also served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Environmental Science and Engineering at Marwadi Education Foundation and Group of Institutions, Rajkot, Gujarat (GTU) from November 2013 to November 2016.
  • Industrial: Dr. Roy worked as a Technical Executive at C&E Ltd., Baddi, H.P., from June 2006 to June 2008.

Dr. Roy’s research focuses on the identification, quantification, and distribution of airborne pollutants, particularly particulate matter and microplastics. He also investigates the human health risks associated with these pollutants, atmospheric dispersion of mercury, and its toxicity.
